parcel table expression

So I keep having this reoccurring issue, on how to get my R/W TOTAL ACRES column in the WisDOT "SCHEDULE OF LANDS & INTERESTS REQUIRED " table

 to read in acres, it defaults to sq.ft.

Click Expressions to highlight

Right click on Total RW

{Parcel Area}/43560 + {Existing RW}
